The completed project provides an exclusive collection of 5 townhouses and 10 lateral apartments within a Grade II Listed building on one of London’s premier garden squares. The project comprised full strip out, reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing former hotel building, plus a basement extension, to provide a gross internal area of circa 5,000 m². Regency Grove was engaged by the Client, Banda Property, to monitor the progress and quality of the works and provide detailed weekly reports.
