About us

We are a dynamic Property Consultancy focusing on Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Consultancy and Project/Development Monitoring services.

At Regency Grove we pride ourselves on providing each client with a unique and high quality level of service to suit their specific needs and requirements. To achieve this, the Directors ensure a ‘hands on’ and proactive approach for each project and situation.

Given the nature of the industry we operate in, we passionately believe that our service should extend well beyond the constraints of a conventional role by providing a solution focused and flexible approach.

The Directors at Regency Grove have worked together for a number of years, managing their respective departments across a wide range of sectors. This experience has fostered a strong partnership between the Directors with an understanding that allows them to consistently achieve the client’s requirements and aspirations.


Paul Fitzpatrick

Paul is a collaborative team player who places great emphasis on providing his clients with the highest level of service. His client focus means he consistently aspires for best practice to fulfil their expectations and business goals. He strives to identify and foresee issues in advance and his proactive approach means he is able to find innovative solutions to deliver ‘no surprise’ projects.

Paul has a proven track record and has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the construction industry from inception through to occupation. Paul has operated and has vast experience in various sectors including Super Prime Residential, mixed use, residential, commercial, leisure and retail.

Ben Warren

Ben is a chartered Quantity Surveyor with substantial experience in the construction industry, focusing on Cost Consultancy and Contract Administration roles. His eye for detail and client-focused, flexible approach enables him to provide practical and comprehensive advice.

He has worked across various sectors, most notably super prime residential, new build and refurbishment projects, mixed use schemes and commercial sectors. He believes in working closely with clients, stakeholders and project teams to tackle each task proactively and working with all involved to make each project a success.

Paul Durrant

Paul originally Chartered as a Building Surveyor and has a strong track record of property inspections and building defects analysis, this then developed into a contract administration and project management role on a number of residential refurbishments and new build projects. His expertise is now predominately in the bank / funder monitoring role assessing the general progression, cost and risk of developments including residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use.

This role is crucial to the development funding of a project, from carrying out an early appraisal of the scheme’s feasibility and highlighting the project risks, to the ongoing drawdown stages reporting on a variety of elements associated with the build. This role has enabled him to work closely with both the Funder, Developer, Contractor and Consultants across a range of project types and locations.

Chris Leone

Chris is a Chartered Building Surveyor and RICS APC Assessor, specialising in a broad range of building surveying experience across commercial and residential property types. He is experienced in due diligence, capital expenditure project delivery and advisory roles; such as compliance monitoring, party wall to which he is a P&T Member and strategic dilapidation services and negotiations.

He prides himself on providing reliable, client focused, straight forward property and construction advice. Understanding the commercial aspects of different asset cases is key to Chris’ approach. With a passion for value add asset management strategies and development, Chris has overseen and led a number of high profile projects in London across various sectors, from residential, office commercial, retail, gallery and financial.

Ricky West

Ricky is a Chartered Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering highly complex developments across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. He has vast knowledge and experience in developing project strategies, managing risk, programming, budgeting, client reporting and contract administration. He has the ability to lead large teams of external consultants and contractors by establishing and driving forward the delivery team on behalf of the client.

Having worked in the consultancy and development industries, Ricky understands how value is added at each stage of a project’s lifecycle and is able to provide considered advise to Clients throughout the development process to ensure all key objectives are achieved.
