The project comprised implementing cyclical maintenance external repair and redecoration works to 3no. Client assets in close vicinity of each other. This involved three sets of scaffold structures to each property. The building consultancy team inspected and prepared a detailed scope of works for the repair and restoration work and then procured and delivered the works via a specialist external restoration contractor.
