Grosvenor chapel is a Grade II* listed chapel and this first phase focused on the primary West facing elevation including the Tower. The scope comprised careful restoration work included brick repairs, repointing, crack repairs, render repair and reinstatement to window surrounds, corners, banding, cornice and cornice. This involved new lime based render and redecoration work and re-gilding of the clock face numerals and weathervane.
