The project consists of the refurbishment and extension of an existing Knightsbridge property, splitting the building to provide three independent units. The development will comprise the rationalisation of layouts to create two large family units and a two-bedroom apartment. The works will create a basement swimming pool, new stairs and lift cores and an extension to the rear providing a total gross internal area of in the region of 1,000 m².
