The existing 283 bedroom hotel is undergoing a phased refurbishment internally and externally. Works include new windows throughout, fire & life safety upgrade works, structural refurbishment and associated re-decoration of bedrooms and common areas.
Regency Grove has been appointed to manage the project on behalf of the property owner – an established hotel investment property company with an international presence.
