The project consists of the conversation of a 20 acre site to create a new headquarters for the charity as well as a state of the art wildlife hospital and sanctuary, inclusive of a Visitors / Learning Centre.
The site also required all new infrastructure to include significant earthworks to form the development platform and wetlands, new roads and car parks, and incoming utilities.
